‘I’m John, a professionally qualified fitness instructor with a passion and enthusiasm for helping people to improve their fitness. I have over fifteen years experience of working as a fitness instructor across a wide range of settings. For example, I have worked in a college fitness facility, a local authority leisure centre and, more recently, within an NHS hospital environment. As such, I have substantial experience of designing, delivering and managing fitness programmes for individuals as well as for small and large groups. I have also coordinated a GP referral system for the delivery of exercise programmes to patients.

Currently I run ‘Fitness 4 U’, a business that specialises in the design and delivery of fitness programmes and activities to individuals and groups of people. For example, I presently run, often with the assistance of my wife Eiko a number of mixed and ladies only circuit training sessions during the day and evening. I also provide one to one fitness training to individuals as a personal trainer. Drawing on my years of experience as a fitness instructor, I am able to make a positive difference to people’s lives in terms of their fitness and physical well being.
